HeWolf makes tents for people who camp regularly, not people who post about camping. We started because too much outdoor gear falls into one of two traps: cheap poles that snap in the first real gust, or expensive shells loaded with features nobody uses. Our tents sit in between — proper aluminum frames, seam-sealed floors, fabrics rated for actual weather, at a price that doesn’t make you nervous about setting up on rough ground.
Every model we sell has been pitched in wind, rain, and cold before it reaches you. Not by a lab, but by people who take the prototypes out for a weekend and come back with complaints. That’s how we ended up redesigning our vestibule zippers three times and why our pole sleeves are wider than they strictly need to be — because gloved hands exist and 5 a.m. teardowns are a real thing.
We don’t run limited drops or seasonal colorways. A HeWolf tent you buy this year will still have replacement poles available in five. If something fails that shouldn’t have, tell us and we’ll deal with it. Most of our customers are the kind who’d rather buy once and get on with the trip.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. A tracking number is sent by email once the package leaves the warehouse.
Wiping the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap is usually enough; harsh detergents and machine washing should be avoided. Everything must be completely dry before being packed away, and storage in a cool, dry place helps prevent mildew and odor.
A limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear over time is not included.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund is issued to the original payment method.
Capacity ratings assume compact sleeping arrangements, so choosing one size above the number of people is a common approach when extra room for gear is needed. Dimensions and packed weight are listed on each product page.
